I want my cocktails to taste like a tropical Florida vacation… But the state of my refrigerator is normally more “spring breaker” than “yacht-goer.” We just aren’t great at keeping ingredients in the house for cooking or baking or drinks or literally anything. Hello, Strawberry Peach Splash.
What’s in it? Peach juice, which was one of the cheapest juices at Target. Triple sec and tequila, two things I always have in our liquor cabinet. And strawberry freezer pops I was dying to get rid of – they were too sweet to actually eat but totally perfect to melt in a drink.
- 8 oz. peach juice
- 2 oz. tequila
- 1 oz. triple sec
- Strawberry freezer pops
- Mix all liquid ingredients
- Pour over ice
- Add strawberry freezer pops
- Drink, make again, drink more
