Coupon crazed? | Giveaway: One-Year Entertainment Digital Membership ($20 Value)

I remember our Entertainment coupon book well; my mother kept it in the car in the backseat map pocket, and every time we’d go to a restaurant, she’d grab the book to see if a coupon was available. I received one as a gift in college, but I wasn’t as diligent as my mother and I kept forgetting to bring it with me. I’d go to the cleaners or a cafe, sans book, and eventually remember the savings I had left at home. Bummer. That’s the problem with coupons: They’re only good if you remember to clip them.

Thankfully, we live in a world where my phone can do practically anything. It houses my music, tells me where I parked my car, and even scans my emails for upcoming bills. And now, it keeps my Entertainment coupons in my purse at all times with the digital membership.

Entertainment Digital Membership Giveaway (2)

I was recently sent a free one-year digital membership to Entertainment to review (and another to give away!), and I am already addicted to the mobile savings. The Entertainment app includes not only savings at local and national businesses in more than 110 areasthe digital version allows you to access coupons in other cities. This means if I visit Chicago, I can refresh my app and access all Windy City discounts, then get right back to St. Louis savings when I return. You can ‘star’ favorite coupons on the app for easy retrieval, which made selecting and saving my first two incredibly easy. When my mother came to visit, we used a B1G1 free admission coupon to tour the Eugene Field House and St. Louis Toy Museum. Last night, when Lance and I found ourselves a bit peckish, we stopped by Seoul Taco and scored 25% off our bill. Both times, I simply showed the person working the coupon code on the screen and the discount was quickly given. No printing necessary.

But, if you do feel like printing something, the digital membership comes with both mobile- (Android and Apple) and web-access, meaning there are extra coupons outside of your phone that can be printed and brought with you. I thought of this like a great added bonus: There are plenty of savings on your phone at all times, but these extras can be found if you put in the effort.

Some coupons offer a one-time deal, such as a B1G1 free entree or admission, or 20% off your entire purchase. For those of you in St. Louis, excite in knowing that there are mobile coupons available for Cherry Bomb Vintage, The Bleeding Deacon Public House, AKC Museum of the Dog, Rosalita’s Cantina,  The Magic House, Olivette Lanes, Market Pub House, the Handle BAR, Joe Fassi Sausage & Sandwich Factory, Pottery Hollow, Leopard Boutique, Blueprint Coffee, Wacky Warriors, paperdolls, Blues City Deli, East + West, and more. And that doesn’t even include the printable options.

Some coupons offer reoccurring savings—sometimes on top of a one-time larger discount. For example, Northwest Coffee has a one-time deal of 50% off your drink order, and a reoccurring deal of 20% off your drink order.  Sounds pretty perfect to me.

Just a note: Once you fully open a one-time offer, it is marked as used. Thankfully, when you click the Use Now button, the app prompts a second ‘Ready to Redeem?’ pop-up, making accidental openings much harder.

Like I said before, Entertainment also provided me with a one-year digital membership to give away, valued at $20! Enter the giveaway using the Rafflecopter widget below for your chance to win twelve months of savings.
