When I bought this (deeply discounted) leather moto vest from Off Fifth two years ago, I thought it would go with evvvvvverything. That was the plan. That was the justification pep talk.
Having a fashion blog means I have documented evidence of my outfits, and the site says… it has been worn two, maybe three, times. Shit.
With the season of layers and leathers upon us, I decided to dust off my moto vest and pair it with a mini dress styled as a tunic, suede knee boots, and skinny jeans. Good fall combo, right? Something about the soft hem of the top decreases the harshness of the vest, which rejuvenates my ‘This goes with everything!’ mindset.
