Bell sleeves are one of my favorites. Excluding while washing my hands and/or lighting a candle, the long, flowing fabric is simply fun to wear; the fact that I like how it looks is just icing on the cake. Bell sleeves make me want to flail around like the Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man, and I have used them on at least two occasions to cheer someone up while dancing accordingly. Simply put, bell sleeves are the shit.
Oh, and the current collection at Target is swimming in bell sleeves. (I know, can you believe this dress is from Target?)

This dress looks mega cute with a black moto jacket + ankle boots, but it was so warm this weekend I skipped the outerwear.
I love Target for all kinds of items, but I hadn’t picked anything up from the apparel section in a while. My mother actually spotted this Free People-like collection (good eye, Mom!) and I can’t believe this frock was under $30.
Ah, Target. You always seem to have good style up your (bell) sleeve.
