For the love of all things Biscoff

If you’ve flown, you’ve probably eaten a Biscoff cookie. These nut-free, vegan wonders are available at 20,000 feet and many grocery stores in the standard cookie form and now– wait for it– in a spreadable cookie sensation that will blow your fucking mind.

Stick with me here.

It’s a cookie that spreads onto other things, including other cookies which is seriously divine. While this may sound bat shit crazy, it’s sort of the smartest idea ever. Think about how much you like Nutella, get over the weirdness, and go buy this asap. It’s next to the peanut butter and normally $4+change.

The glorious kitchen

This product comes in both creamy and crunchy. Personally, I’ve only tried the crunchy, but I have bought many, many jars of it. It isn’t as crunchy as, say, crunchy peanut butter, but it does remind you you’re eating a cookie. On something warm, like a toasted English muffin, the spread melts and the itty bitty cookie pieces stay crisp and you wonder what you’ve been doing with your life up until that moment.

Wondering what you spread a spreadable cookie on? Let me assist you!

  • Bananas
  • Bagels
  • English Muffins
  • Toast
  • Waffles
  • Pancakes
  • Graham Crackers
  • Apples
  • Peanut Butter Sandwiches
  • Other Cookies
  • A Spoon (because it’s just good by itself, but also on everything else.)

Biscoff Spread can also be used in baking. For example, a dear friend brought Biscoff pumpkin pie to Thanksgiving this year and made it with a Biscoff cookie crust. I hate pumpkin pie, and I still thought this was amazing.

Need more ideas? A quick Pinterest search reveals recipes such as Biscoff ice cream cake, pie, muffins, cupcakes, truffles, icing, cocoa, puppy chow, rolls, crepes, dessert pizza, pumpkin bread, blondies, donuts and Biscoff+chocolate+caramel apples.

I can hardly handle the thought of that much deliciousness.

Are you a fan? How do you eat it?

Don’t thank me now– thank me once you try it. So. Good. 🙂
