You know I am all about fall… But right now I’m enjoying one last moment of summer on a trip to Florida with my mother. (Shameless plug: Follow along on Instagram!) And one of my favorite parts of warm-weather places? All the tropical cocktails.
When I get home, this is how I’ll keep the trip going.
Spiced Strawberry Pina Colada
Serves 1
- 8 oz. pineapple juice
- 8 oz. ice
- 8 oz. frozen strawberries
- 2 oz. white rum
- 1 oz. spiced rum
- Cream of coconut and coconut shavings to taste
Add ingredients into a blender, mix it up, and have a drink darling!
