“Sale on sale” is right up there with “breakfast served all day” on my list of favorite phrases, and there are few better stores to score the coveted double-discount at than Anthropologie. My latest find? This vampy velvet dress, previously listed for some $170, for about $18 thanks to a small seam needing repair and multiple markdowns. Nearly 90 percent off qualifies as a reason to celebrate, right?
