I noticed a lot of blue, patterned items hanging near each other in my closet. When it was time to wear one, I decided to wear them all. If one blue, patterned piece is good, three must be great, right? Right.
Currently wearing… Asymmetrical Jacquard Wrap Front Mini Skirt c/o Express [HERE on sale – size up] | Shelli Cuff Bracelet In Lapis, Kendra Scott [HERE] | Blouse, Madewell | Jacket Rebecca Minkoff c/o thredUP [SEEN HERE] | Boots c/o Naturalizer | Hat, Target [HERE]
It’s hard for me to say no to an extra patterns, but with these three being so busy I felt I ought to stop there and just start adding texture. Suede? Check. Felt? Check. Leather? Check. Stone? Check.
This might have to be my last could-be-spring/could-be-fall look, as it’s starting to get hot outside. Uck. Summer is coming. Sure, there seems are serious perks of warmer weather — who doesn’t prefer driving home from work before dark? — but when it comes to apparel, I’m so much more comfortable in the cold. I adore my moto jackets and my tights and my boots.
Alas, I’ll try to take on spring in stride. Starting with miniskirts seems smart.
Nice outfit!
I’m like you, I don’t like hot weather, maybe not (totally) for the same reasons, but I don’t feel good when it’s too hot.
I could describe my ideal weather like this: cloudy (not too much, but enough to hide the direct sun shine on me) and a temperature around 20°C (past 25°C, I find it too warm, and past 30°C, I suffer…).
