I have no idea why you read blogs (please, do tell!) but I enjoy them for the practical advice. Be it clothing ideas, recipes or lifestyle tidbits, it’s nice to look into the worlds of others and see how they function and maintain. When I stared Oh, Julia Ann, my goal was to make myself write more often and share the handful of things I’m good at with others. I am thrilled to say that, slowly but surely, others have started sharing what they’re good at in the comments. Be it style advice or date ideas, I have appreciated them all.
My name is Julia and I’m only really, really, really good at a handful of things. Please continue sharing what you’re good at with me. Thank you in advance.
Blogger Lady Light Travel— obviously good at traveling light, a sincere failure of mine– commented in my last post about travel explaining I should focus on one color group to guarantee everything goes with everything. After an idea like that and some time spent on the blog (which is, by the way, FULL of amazing travel ideas and tips on reducing travel clutter) I felt inspired to try it. As my suitcase is still full of clothes from my last trip– this is why I need the New Year’s resolution!– I decided Polyvore would be a good way to test this out. Polyvore is the answer to many of my questions, especially during this waiting-to-hear-back-from-employers post-grad break… but that is beside the point.
Can I, the take-it-all-and-the-kitchen-sink queen, theoretically pack for an entire trip while staying in the same color scheme?
This is a great post. Definitely something I need to learn how to do!! xoxo- FF

Thanks! Hopefully I can really do it when it comes time to pack. It’s such a hard habit to break.
Such a great tip! Thanks for sharing 🙂
Thank you for the mention!! And a lovely wardrobe, BTW.
Your next assignment (should you choose to accept it) is to see what products you can decant into smaller bottles. Also see which ones are available as dry/solid procucts. Can you create a travel/purse makesup set?
