St. Louis is obviously head-over-heels in love with this year’s major fashion success: leather. Check out how I, and a few of my favorite local bloggers, style the trend in this most recent Style Me STL.

I’m loving my new less-than-$25 pleather skater skirt– it looks great with heels, flats and boots, making it an all-season staple. I get the feeling it will pop up on the blog in a few more outfits soon…
Speaking of things coming to the blog… It was so tempting to post my old studded-and-painted leather jacket for this edition of #StyleMeSTL. It was a hand-me-down from a friend, and it saw every good midwestern punk show during mid-2000s cold spurts. With my Docs, pink near-pixie cut and altered band tees, I most certainly had a style then. While I may not dress quite like that anymore, I can’t wait to show you which pieces have lasted the test of time and are still– or could (should) still be– worn today. Time to dig out the storage bin…
I love Nordstrom Rack! This is the perfect leather skirt and I love how you styled it with a floral blouse, gorgeous! Plus your hair is super pretty!
Just found your blog and I’m following! 🙂

Nordstrom Rack is spectacular… They have the best prices on earrings, don’t you think?
